Juncture Management Team

Dr. Janusziewicz has been the driving force behind Juncture’s expansion into the area of health benefits policy development and analysis. Coming from a long, distinguished career as an Army Medical Corps officer and Board Certified Family Physician, he is expertly qualified to assist Juncture’s clients in all aspects of an integrated health care system, civilian or military.  

He holds a BA degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, an MD degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, and an MS degree in National Resource Strategy with a focus on personnel policies, programs, resources, and strategic issues that impact National Defense, from the National Defense University.

Michelle de Stefano has been providing management, administrative, contracting and operations support for the company since 2005. She holds a B.F.A. from the Corcoran School of Art and an M.A. in Philosophy from George Mason University.

Hannah James is responsible for managing Juncture’s contract portfolio. She has a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University and has extensive work experience in facilities, meetings, and logistics management as well as in investigative financial analysis.

Rima Janusziewicz, an analytic chemist, is the Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert for analytical, materials, and biomedical applications. She holds a Ph.D. from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
