Dr. Janusziewicz has been the driving force behind Juncture’s expansion into the area of health benefits policy development and analysis. Coming from a long, distinguished career as an Army Medical Corps officer and Board Certified Family Physician, he is expertly qualified to assist Juncture’s clients in all aspects of an integrated health care system, civilian or military, as well as being responsible for the recruiting and training of all professional staff. He has broad policy development experience at the Department of the Army and Department of Defense levels with special interests in the Disability Evaluation System, the Traumatic Servicemembers’ Group Life Insurance program, DoD physician compensation, and Detainee Medical Operations. He is a charter member of The Surgeon General’s Pain Management Task Force where he was a principal advisor and subject matter expert on chronic pain management in the primary care setting, outcomes metrics design and implementation, and outcomes based resourcing analysis for comprehensive patient care and risk mitigation in the acute and chronic pain management arena.
He holds a BA degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, an MD degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, and an MS degree in National Resource Strategy with a focus on personnel policies, programs, resources, and strategic issues that impact National Defense, from the National Defense University.

Michelle de Stefano is the founder of Juncture Consulting and Juncture Visual Narratives. She provides administrative contracting support for the company along with focusing on the further development of the Visual Narratives Division. She holds a B.F.A. from the Corcoran School of Art and an M.A. in Philosophy from George Mason University. Before Juncture, Michelle was the founder/owner of De Stefano Enterprises, a portrait and mural painting company, where her work for clients who were associated with the military brought about her idea for creating Juncture.
